Vocal Mastery, Inc. is an existing voice studio which has been in existence since 1990. Students range from Broadway to community theater.

When the founders are deceased, Vocal Mastery, Inc. will automatically roll into a non-profit trust called Allegri International Foundation, Inc. (501c3) .

​

The purpose of Allegri International Foundation, Inc. is to continue the legacy of education of the performing arts.
